I took this picture while at Cassie's softball game. The sun was setting and there was a field in back of us, so I had Brianna be my model. I saw Suzette Allen do a similar picture and I was trying to copy her idea. I really like the warmth the sun gives at sunset. I had my ISO high due to taking softball pictures. Normally, I would try to keep it at 100.

I noticed the cherries too :) So cute. I love it that you took advantage of the photo op and weren't so focused on the game that you missed it... which is something I struggle with. This is really good, Heidi. You could do your kid's school portraits this year (and mine!) And just for my own peace of mind... this was last year's softball season, right? Don't tell me I missed sign ups again.
I really like the picture of Bri. She is very relaxed in the photo. And the field behind, glows with the sun. Stands it out a lot. Nice job!....
