Softball
We are in the middle of softball season in our house! Cassie had a game today, so it was the perfect photo opportunity. I was hoping for sunny skies, but it was cloudy and grey. So, due to the lack of light, I bumped my ISO up to 400. My shutter speed was 1/500. Here is the shot I captured of her hitting the ball:
And yes, Cassie did hit this ball and ran to first. :)

great job freezing that action Heidi! I also like the way you captured the picture in whole... you can see ethe expressions and intentions of each player.
