I went for a walk around the neighborhood and snapped this picture. It seems that photography has opened my eyes to beauty all around... even on a cold afternoon in my front yard.
I love the second one Heather! They are both beautiful, but something about the scratchness and the white is stunning! To think it is a tree without leaves ... how unexciting. Yet you had the vision to make it exciting. :)
Beautiful Heather! I really like how you've been coloring (de-coloring) your pics. Feels like the 70's... in a good way :) The scratchy brush on the second one is really cool. You're eyes are definitely opened to the "right" shot!
This is me ... Heidi. :) My love of photography started years ago when our first daughter was born. As I started scrapbooking the pictures, I relized I wanted to take better pictures to put in my album, but didn't know how. It wasn't until I received my Canon Rebel XTi that photography became a passion of mine. I currently have the Canon EF-S 17-85mm 1:4-5.6 IS USM lens, EF 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 IS USM lens, Speedlite 580 II flash and my software is CS3, Lightroom 2. I hope my enjoyment of photography shows and it inspires you as well. :)

I'm Heather of Heather Ann Photography. I shoot with a Canon 5D. I spend a great deal of time editing my images with textures and vintage effects in CS4. What started out as a hobby has become a creative passion that expresses itself in finding the beauty that surrounds. Photography has caused me to slow down, examine and appreciate the little things that we take for granted each day.

WOW. I love them both, but the first one speaks to me. The colors and the light make it feel so FRESH.
